Technologies:

Hybrid technology: Combines the hardshell shell on the upper part of the helmet with the lower part using Inmould technology. The helmet consists of three elements: a durable, injection-moulded outer shell using hardshell technology, an inner EPS shell and an external inmould shell.

MIPS system: The comprehensive safety system consists of a low-friction layer mounted inside the helmet. The layer is designed to reduce the risk of brain injury – during an impact, it allows slight movement inside the shell, which helps redirect forces away from the head.

uvex COOLMAX® EcoMade lining: Features moisture regulation to ensure temperature balance. The material is breathable, contains 50% REC and is GRS-certified.

uvex IAS: uvex helmets with the IAS system can be adjusted in width and adapted to every head size and shape. An additional advantage is that they can be operated while wearing gloves.

Ventilation system: An effective ventilation system that can be easily opened and closed with a glove when necessary. The front ventilation openings draw in fresh air through integrated ventilation channels. The opening and closing ventilation system provides optimal cooling and, when closed, keeps the head warm and dry.

FIDLOCK fastening: The magnetic FIDLOCK fastening can be opened and closed with one hand thanks to strong magnets, while the secure locking function ensures optimal closing force.

FAS system: The straps of the Fast Adapting System can be easily adjusted continuously to the shape of each user’s head.
