How long does it usually take for shipping?

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 days. Our standard shipping time is 7-10 days.

Which courier do you use? 

We ship all orders through trusted international courier partners, FedEx and DHL, to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery. The courier selected for your order may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover. 

Are all your items authentic?

Yes - all products are 100% authentic, sourced from approved suppliers and we authorised distributors of the brands we sell. If have any further questions, please email us info@yoursportperformance.com

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately we don’t accept exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Your reviews on Trustpilot are  concerning?

We completely understand your concern. Unfortunately, another company has been imitating our brand and using a similar website name to mislead customers. We are actively working to have these spoof websites removed and apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

Can you offer wholesale or trade accounts?

Yes we are a reputable online sports supplier and wholesaler in the UK and across EU. We sell a large range of market-leading brands such as Adidas, Nike, and Puma, and we serve many companies in the UK and across the EU. We can offer discounted rates for wholesale orders.
