I have been looked after brilliantly. I was after a Globber bell for a Globber bike for one of our grandsons for Christmas. My incompetence meant that by mistake, I ordered two. The company was very good in cancelling the double order and ensuring that my first order happened efficiently. The communication was excellent at all times of night and day and they never showed any impatience at my incompetence. The bell is lovely and there will be a happy 2 year old once Santa has delivered the bike and bell. Thank you for looking after me so well and delivering such excellent customer care. That is not easy to achieve.
