A versatile enduro helmet with an
intelligent Tocsen crash sensor that initiates an emergency call
and sends GPS data to a list of personal emergency contacts in the event of an accident
or if the cyclist loses consciousness. To enable this, the Tocsen sensor
integrated into the size adjustment system dial connects to the relevant
smartphone app before the ride begins. As an additional safety feature,
the system also notifies the steadily growing Tocsen community
of an accident, allowing first responders in the immediate
vicinity to reach the scene quickly. Other distinctive features of the uvex
finale 2.0 Tocsen include a visor with three different positions, a deep rear section for better
impact protection and 20 ventilation channels.

Technologies:

Tocsen crash sensor: Tocsen
technology calls professional emergency responders in an emergency. The precise
sensor detects collisions – and can save lives. If Tocsen does not receive any
response from the cyclist after a fall, it automatically calls the emergency services
and sends them the GPS data. It also connects with the entire nearby
Tocsen community.

Inmould technology: An inseparable
helmet shell made of an inner EPS layer and an outer
polycarbonate layer. The EPS is foamed directly into the shell
made of polycarbonate. It is characterised by its light weight and
impact resistance.

Ventilation system: Efficient ventilation system providing optimal airflow. The front ventilation openings draw in fresh air, which removes heat and moisture from the head before escaping through the openings located in the rear part of the shell.

uvex anatomic IAS: This technology
uses the IAS 3D solution and additionally features a close-fitting, flexible
wing positioned next to the adjustment dial, which adapts to the
shape of the back of the head.

uvex monomatic: The comfortable
uvex monomatic fastening with its multi-stage design and anatomical
shape can be opened and closed with one hand, ensuring an
ideal fit of the chin strap every time.

FAS system: The Fast Adapting
System straps can be easily adjusted at any time to fit the shape of each
user’s head.
