Men's K2 WORLD PEACE Snowboard

K2 World Peace Snowboard

K2 World Peace is a snowboard created for riders who see the entire mountain as one big snowpark. Whether your goal is boxes, rails, street riding, side hits or creative riding on groomed slopes, the World Peace offers a soft, forgiving character and complete freedom of movement. This model is designed for those who want to develop their freestyle skills and are looking for a board that feels equally at home during butters and bigger jumps.

The construction is based on a True Twin Shape, which gives the board identical performance when riding regular or switch. The Twin Combination Camber profile combines classic camber underfoot with rocker in the nose and tail, providing excellent pop, reliable edge hold and making presses, butters and rotations easy to perform. The board remains stable on take-offs while retaining a loose, forgiving character.

Natural flex and high durability come from the Aspen Core – a core made from 100% aspen wood. It provides consistent performance along the entire length of the board, good springiness and resistance to intensive use in the snowpark and on street obstacles.

The Biax Fiberglass layer gives the board a soft, predictable flex and appropriate torsional stiffness, allowing the World Peace to flex easily during tricks while remaining stable when riding faster on the slopes.

The model is equipped with a fast and exceptionally durable Sintered 4000 Base, which absorbs wax very well, provides high speed and handles contact with boxes, rails and other obstacles encountered during freestyle riding with ease.

The package is completed by the lightweight Hybritech™ construction, which reduces the board's weight, improves edge durability and increases the strength of the entire construction. As a result, the World Peace is ready for daily park sessions and intensive riding over many seasons.
