K2 Program – snowboard bindings designed for performance and the planet

K2 Program are high-end snowboard bindings designed for intermediate, advanced and expert riders who expect maximum performance while also wanting to care for the environment. This All-Mountain / Freeride model combines stiffness and precision (flex 9) with an eco-conscious construction that reduces its carbon footprint without compromising performance.

The chassis is made from 50% fiberglass-reinforced nylon, surrounded by castor bean-based materials that largely replace conventional plastics. The use of bio-based and recycled materials, as well as sustainable production processes, makes the Program one of the most eco-friendly models in the K2 collection. Importantly, more than 40% of the energy used in production comes from solar panels, while the entire package is 100% recyclable and FSC-certified.

• Highback: FR1 Highback made from bio-based materials – reduces CO₂ emissions by approximately 40% compared to traditional nylon highbacks, while providing secure support and control over the board.

• Ankle Strap: DD1 Ankle Strap with Cam-Lock™ system and Hinge Mount attachment – provides a balance between support and comfort, while its new construction reduces CO₂ emissions by as much as 70%.

• Toe Strap: BetterWrap Toe Strap – a flexible, adaptive strap with a Cam-Lock™ system that securely wraps around the front of the boot.

• Footbed: Sugarcane EVA + EcoHarshmellow™ Pods – a sugarcane footbed with vibration-damping pods, offering approximately 90% lower CO₂ emissions than traditional EVA footbeds.

• 3° Canting – a natural foot position for improved ergonomics and reduced fatigue while riding.

• This Grips!™ Basepad – a basepad that improves grip and vibration damping.
