- The UW03 HMS is a single handle designed for training on the upper or lower pulley.
- It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting with small groups like biceps and triceps, through the deltoids, to the back and chest.
- The steel, rough handle prevents the tool from slipping out of the hand, while requiring a stronger grip. Thanks to this, we also work on developing the forearm muscles.
