BBB Semi-Integrated Tapered is an advanced Zero Stack (ZS) bicycle headset designed specifically for frames with a tapered head tube. This type of headset, also known as “integral” or “semi-integrated”, ensures smooth bicycle handling and precise cornering, even through the tightest turns. Thanks to its unique design, in which the bearings are positioned inside the head tube with an additional cup between the bearing and the frame, this headset offers an excellent combination of stability and precise steering.

The Semi-Integrated Tapered stands out for its exceptional durability thanks to the use of sealed CrMo (chromium-molybdenum) bearings. This special type of steel, enriched with chromium and molybdenum, provides outstanding strength and resistance to damage. The bearings are sealed, effectively protecting them from dirt and moisture and significantly extending their service life. The “open crown” design enables easy installation, while the included crown race ensures that headset installation is complete and trouble-free. A tapered spacer with a diameter of 50 mm and a height of 15 mm completes the set, ensuring a perfect fit for various handlebar configurations.
