The BBB Semi-Integrated is an advanced Zero Stack (ZS) bicycle headset, also known as “semi-integrated” or “integral”, designed for smooth bicycle handling and reliability. Thanks to its special construction, in which the bearings are positioned inside the frame’s head tube, with an additional cup between the bearing and the frame, this headset provides an optimal combination of stability and precise handling, even when negotiating the tightest corners.

The Semi-Integrated stands out for its exceptional durability thanks to the use of sealed CrMo (chromium-molybdenum) bearings. This special type of steel, enriched with chromium and molybdenum, provides the material with outstanding strength and resistance to damage. The bearings are sealed, effectively protecting them from dirt and moisture and significantly extending their service life. The “open crown” design enables easy installation, while the included crown race ensures that headset installation is complete and trouble-free. A tapered spacer with a diameter of 50 mm and a height of 8 mm completes the set, ensuring an ideal fit for various handlebar configurations.
