Tremendous customer service
I have been looked after brilliantly. I was after a Globber bell for a Globber bike for one of our grandsons for Christmas. My incompetence meant that by mistake, I ordered two. The company was very good in cancelling the double order and ensuring that my first order happened efficiently. The communication was excellent at all times of night and day and they never showed any impatience at my incompetence. The bell is lovely and there will be a happy 2 year old once Santa has delivered the bike and bell. Thank you for looking after me so well and delivering such excellent customer care. That is not easy to achieve.

Beautiful shoes. Very comfortable and sturdy. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful when I needed a size change. Amazing service and fast delivery with tracking both times around.(When changing size I also changed the colour but they are the same model) The blue and yellow colour was beautiful but I decided I wanted something more simple and classic like black. They feel very sturdy with a harder front and they are also very soft and comfortable on the foot.
